Section 16-115-68 - Licensure by examination(a) The land surveyor committee shall review a person's qualifications for licensure by examination and make recommendations to the board.(b) To be eligible for licensure by examination, the person shall:(1) Meet the qualifications as contained in section 464-8(c)(1)(B) to (D), HRS;(2) Have passed the appropriate examinations as contained in section 16-115-69; and(3) Certify on the application that the person has read, understood, and agrees to comply with the laws and rules of the board.
