Section 16-115-56 - Re-examination(a) A person may retake the failed portion(s) of the A.R.E. every six months or at times specified by NCARB.(b) The testing agency approved by the board shall send a notice of authorization to retake the failed portion(s) of the A.R.E. to the person prior to the date the examination may be retaken.(c) A person shall schedule the re-examination with the testing agency approved by the board.
