Section 16-115-15 - Administrative practice and procedure

The rules of practice and procedure for engineers, architects, surveyors, and landscape architects shall be as provided in chapter 16-201, the rules of practice and procedure of the department of commerce and consumer affairs, which are incorporated by reference and made a part of this chapter.
