Section 16-114-64 - Requirements to reactivate
(a) An inactive licensee or certificate holder may apply for reactivation upon payment of the reactivation fee and applicable renewal fees, and proof of completion of all continuing education hours that would have been required had the licensee or certificate holder maintained licensure or certification, including the successful completion of the seven-hour national USPAP course or its equivalent.
(b) Failure to meet the requirements for reactivation shall require a person desiring licensure or certification to apply as a new applicant.
