Section 16-114-99 - Advertising practices

Any person advertising through any media as a state licensed or state certified appraiser shall list the appraiser's license or certificate number. For purposes of this section, "media" includes, but is not limited to, newspapers, magazines, calling cards, and directories, including all listings in telephone directories.
