Section 16-114-89 - Signature on appraisal reports(a) If an appraisal report is prepared and signed by a state licensed appraiser, the appraisal report shall state, immediately following the signature on the report, "state licensed appraiser" and the appraiser's license number and expiration date.(b) If an appraisal report is prepared and signed by a state certified appraiser, the appraisal report shall state, immediately following the signature on the report, "state certified general appraiser" or 'state certified residential appraiser," as the case may be, and the appraiser's certificate number and expiration date.(c) If an appraisal report is prepared and signed by an appraiser licensed or certified in another jurisdiction whose license or certificate has been temporarily recognized by the director, the appraisal report shall state, immediately following the signature on the report, "licensed appraiser," "certified general appraiser," or "certified residential appraiser," as the case may be, the appraiser's license or certificate number, the expiration date of the license or certificate, and the jurisdiction in which the appraiser is licensed or certified.(d) Appraisal reports prepared by appraiser assistants shall be approved and signed by a certified appraiser.
