Section 16-113-26 - Restoration
(a) Failure to timely renew a license or pay all applicable fees shall cause the license to be automatically forfeited. A license which has been forfeited may be restored within one year after the date of forfeiture upon written application, and payment of all applicable fees including renewal and restoration fees.
(b) Any person who fails to restore their electrologist license within one year from the date of forfeiture shall be required to apply for licensure as a new applicant and meet all licensing requirements unless the director is satisfied that the person's failure is due to circumstances beyond the person's control.
