Every licensee shall become familiar with chapter 448F, HRS, and this chapter. This chapter and chapter 448F, HRS, shall apply to all electrologists in the State of Hawaii, and all electrologists shall at all times comply with this chapter and with all applicable laws of the State, including chapter 321, HRS, and the various counties.
