Section 16-108-28 - Cause for suspension or revocation

The director may suspend or revoke the license of an employment agency for willful violation of the provisions of chapter 373, HRS, or any rules promulgated pursuant thereto, after a hearing conducted pursuant to chapter 91, HRS, and the uniform rules of administrative procedure of the department of commerce and consumer affairs.
