Section 16-107-29 - Filing of copy of newspaper announcement and proof of publication

The developer shall file with his notice of intention a copy of the newspaper announcement and proof of publication of announcement in the form of an affidavit from the newspaper agency or company. The affidavit shall contain the dates announcements appeared in the newspaper.
