Section 16-107-1 - Objective

These rules adopted by the real estate commission, hereafter referred to as "commission," are intended to clarify and implement chapter 514A, Hawaii Revised Statutes, to the end that the provisions thereunder may best be effectuated and the public interest most effectively served.
