Section 16-106-41 - Beneficiary of bond

Any bond required under this chapter shall inure to the benefit of purchasers who suffer loss as a result of any violations, defalcations, or default described in section 514E-10(b) and (d), HRS, or any rule adopted pursuant thereto.
