Section 16-104-56 - Proceedings for cease and desist orders, and revocation

If, after investigation, the director determines possible violations of chapter 484, HRS, or this chapter, the director shall order a hearing upon notice, which shall be conducted in accordance with the provisions of chapter 16-201, relating to contested cases.
