Section 16-104-54 - Rejection of application; hearing

Any subdivider whose application for registration or exemption pursuant to section 484-10(g), HRS, has been rejected by the director, shall be entitled to a hearing upon filing if the subdivider files a petition for reconsideration within twenty days of the order of rejection.
