Section 16-104-32 - Executed copy of escrow agreement

An executed copy of the escrow agreement between the subdivider and a bank, savings and loan association, trust company, or escrow company shall be filed with an application for registration and preliminary exemption pursuant to section 484-10(g), HRS.
