Section 16-101-38 - Liability insurance

A professional corporation, as a condition of obtaining a certificate pursuant to chapter 416, HRS, shall provide a $100,000/$300,000 professional liability insurance for claims against it by its patients or clients arising out of the rendering of professional services.
