Section 16-100-11 - Persons not affected

A physician or surgeon licensed to practice medicine in this State, a licensed hearing aid dealer, or any person engaged in the profession or occupation for which the person is licensed in this State, is exempted from the requirements of chapter 468E, HRS, provided the person does not mislead the public by any title or offering any of the services as described under section 468E-3, HRS.
