The eligible leaseholder shall be responsible for the payment of all fees charged by the corporation in connection with the application for a loan under this chapter, including, but not limited to, a non-refundable application fee of $100. Failure to submit the fee by the required date and time may result in the eligible leaseholder's forfeiture of a program loan.
