Section 15-165-42 - Interpretation; relationship to other laws and rules

These rules are not intended to supersede any related provisions of chapter 2016, HRS, and the respective rules promulgated thereunder, and shall be interpreted and applied consistently with and be complementary to such other laws and rules, as applicable.
