Section 15-220-64 - Minor changes(a) After final approval of a rules clearance, facility permit, conditional use permit or variance, the executive director may allow minor amendments to the application without submittal of a new or amended application when the requested amendment does not: (1) Introduce different land uses;(2) Request larger land area;(3) Request a greater variance; and(4) Reduce or eliminate any conditions attached to the subject permit approval.(b) Any other change requests which do not qualify under subsection (a) shall require the filing of a new application to be processed in accordance with this subchapter.[Eff 8/9/2021] (Auth: HRS §§ 206E-4, 206E-5, 206E-7) (Imp : HRS §§ 206E-4, 206E-5, 206E-7)
