(a) This chapter 220 of the Hawaii Administrative Rules ("HAR") shall be known, and may be cited, as the Heeia community development district (CDD) rules.(b) References to "rules" within this chapter are references to the Heeia CDD rules unless indicated otherwise. References to other regulations or provisions relevant to the Hawaii community development authority ("authority" or "HCDA"), where provided, are for the convenience of the reader.
