Section 15-22-69 - Signs

Sign permits shall be processed by the city and county of Honolulu. Except as otherwise provided, signs shall conform to the "B-2 Community Business District" sign regulations of the land use ordinance. The city and county of Honolulu shall be responsible for enforcement of the ordinance's provisions, and shall also administer appeals and variances relating to signs.
