Section 15-211-12 - Enforcement and penalties

These rules have the full force and effect of law pursuant to section 206E-4, Hawaii Revised Statutes. The violation of these rules shall be subject to penalties of not more than $10,000, and pursuant to section 206E-22, Hawaii Revised Statutes.
