Section 15-31-3 - Objectives The High Technology Development Corporation shall have the following general objectives:
(1) To promote high technology as a viable and desirable industry in the State;(2) To develop industrial parks for the location of high technology enterprises and supporting commercial enterprises and activities;(3) To assist high technology enterprises and supporting commercial enterprises and activities in connection with the construction and equipping of facilities;(4) To issue special purpose revenue bonds to provide financing for the development, construction and equipping of industrial parks, high technology enterprises and supporting commercial enterprises and activities;(5) To encourage high technology enterprises to locate in the State.[Eff MAR 20 1987] (Auth: HRS Sec. 206M-3) (Imp: HRS Secs. 206M-3)
