Section 15-200-2 - Definitions

As used in this chapter, unless a different meaning clearly appears from the context:

"Abandoned property" means any and all property, including personal property, items, materials, equipment, fixtures, motor vehicles, or vessels that have been left unattended on land within the Kalaeloa Community Development District for a continuous period of more than twenty-four hours without the written permission of the commission or its authorized representative.

"Authorized representative" means any person authorized by the Barbers Point Naval Air Station redevelopment commission to act for the commission including the chairperson, executive director, and other staff members duly constituted in writing.

"Chairperson" means the chairperson of the Barbers Point Naval Air Station redevelopment commission.

"Commission" means the Barbers Point Naval Air Station redevelopment commission.

"Guard" means any person hired or contracted by the commission to monitor vehicular traffic at the Fort Barrett/Enterprise and Geiger Road gates leading into or out of the Kalaeloa Community Development District.

"Motor vehicle" means a motor vehicle of any type, including, but not limited to, automobiles, trucks, go-carts, motorcycles, motor scooters, mopeds, and dune buggies whether the vehicle is licensed or unlicensed.

"Premises" means any lands within the Kalaeloa Community Development District.
