Section 15-15-39 - Verification(a) Petitions, /amendments thereto, and other pleadings which initiate a proceeding, and amendments thereto shall be verified by at least one of the persons or officers or other authorized signatory of the party filing the same.(b) If the party filing the pleading is a corporation, association, partnership, or other legal entity, the pleading may be verified by an officer or partner thereof or other authorized person.
