All public records shall be available for inspection at the office of the commission during regular business hours. Public information on matters within the jurisdiction of the commission, but which excludes confidential information, may be obtained by inquiring in person during regular business hours, or by submitting a written request to the commission. Requests made via facsimile or electronic mail to the commission are acceptable. Commission staff may respond to any inquiry or request by making the records available at the commission office.
