Section 15-110-21 - Power to enter into licenses, permits, or lease agreements
(a) in the conduct of any business related to the use or rental of the convention center, the authority shall have power to enter into licenses, permits, leases, or similar agreements with any person, trade association, professional association, group, firm, partnership, joint venture, or corporation for the use or rental of all or any portion of the buildings, grounds, facilities, utilities, and structures within the convention center, as well as for services rendered, products or materials provided and/or sold, in connection with operations and activities of the convention center.
(b) The authority, in consultation with the manager, shall adopt standard form permits, licenses, leases, and other agreements for the use and rental of facilities and services of the convention center.
(c) All such permits, licenses, and leases shall be granted and entered into subject to such terms and conditions and such rents, fees, and compensation as the authority may prescribe.
