Section 15-106-9 - Conduct of meeting

The authority shall afford all interested persons an opportunity to submit data, views, or arguments, in writing, on any agenda item at any meeting of the authority, except executive meetings. The authority shall afford all interested persons an opportunity to present oral testimony on any agenda item at any meeting of the authority, except executive meetings. The authority may reasonably administer oral testimony so as to limit testimony of excessive duration or limit or prohibit any redundant, immaterial, impertinent, or scandalous matter. The authority may remove any person who willfully disrupts a meeting to prevent or compromise the conduct of the meeting.
