The board is authorized to amend or terminate this plan at any time. In the event of termination of the plan, the participants shall be considered as having withdrawn from the plan on the effective date of the plan's termination. Participants shall be treated as though a separation from service occurred, deferrals of compensation shall cease, and amounts deferred shall be payable within a reasonable period of time thereafter.
