Section 14-52-31 - Cessation or termination of participationA participant shall cease to be a participant as of the earliest of;
(1) The date on which the plan terminates;(2) The date on which the participant ceases to be eligible for the plan;(3) The effective date of a voluntary cancellation due to an allowable change in status pursuant to section 14-52-28, or unpaid FMLA or USERRA leave pursuant to sections 14-52-25, 14-52-26 or 14-52-27; or(4) The date an administrative cancellation becomes effective under this chapter.[Eff SEP 13 1999] (Auth: HRS § 78-61) (Imp: HRS § 78-61)[Comp 12/2/2021] (Auth: HRS § 78-30) (Imp: HRS § 78-30)
