Section 14-44-3 - Acceptance; effective date(a) The participation agreement shall be effective upon acceptance by the administrator on behalf of the board and shall remain in effect unless it is modified by the participant or otherwise rendered ineffective by the plan or this chapter.(b) The administrator shall give each participant a copy of the participation agreement which has been accepted by the board.[Eff.
