Lessee shall have the right, at its election prior to sale, to commingle geothermal resources produced from the leased land with that produced from other leases held by lessee or by other lessees as specified in the lessee's approved plan of operation for the lease. Prior to commingling of geothermal production the lessee shall determine the quantities and value of the production upon which royalties are due under the lease and shall make all determinations, measurements, and samples in accordance with good geothermal industrial practices.
