Permits issued under Title 13, Chapters 7 and 146, Hawaii Administrative Rules, for 'Iolani Monument may be subject to permit revocation if the terms and conditions of the permit are violated. Persons who have violated permit conditions or the rules may be ordered by the department to leave the Monument. Permittees who have violated permit conditions or the rules may be denied future permits for 'Iolani Monument or subject to the imposition of additional permit restrictions.
