Section 13-146-39 - Tampering with vehicle or vessel

No person shall tamper or attempt to tamper with any vehicle, vessel, or other equipment, or enter or go upon, move, or manipulate any of the parts or components of any vehicle, vessel, or other equipment or start or set the same in motion, except when it is under one's lawful ownership or control.
