Section 13-146-33 - Report of injury or damage

All incidents resulting in injury or death to persons or damage to property shall be reported as soon as possible to the board or its authorized representative. This report does not relieve persons from the responsibility of making any other report which may be required under federal, state, or county laws, ordinances, rules and regulations.
