Section 13-146-3 - Penalties

Any person violating any provision of this chapter, or any term or condition of any permit issued hereunder, shall be subject to administrative, civil and criminal penalties, and any materials, tools, equipment, or vehicles used in the violation may be seized and forfeited as provided by HRS section 184-5, section 199-7 and chapter 712A.
