Section 13-140-51 - Awardee requirements, post-disbursement(a) The department may require management grant awardees to: (1) Submit a final project report evidencing the completion of the project and other information as requested by the department; and(2) Meet any other requirements to ensure protection of the State's interests.(b) The department shall require the awardee to return any unused funds.
