Section 13-140-47 - Grant agreement(a) County and nonprofit applicants awarded management grant funds by the board shall enter into a grant agreement with the board.(b) Per the discretion of the board, a state agency awarded funds by the board may be required to enter into a grant agreement with the board.(c) The maximum time of performance for the grant agreement shall be two years, unless an extension is approved by the department in writing. Applicants must request an extension in writing no later than ninety days prior to the deadline for performance.
