Section 13-126-43 - Sanitation and litter(a) All persons shall dispose of garbage, trash, refuse, waste material, and rubbish of any kind only at places designated for its disposal or shall remove it from the premises. No person shall remove refuse or garbage from refuse containers nor remove or relocate such containers.(b) No person shall drain or dump garbage, trash, rubbish, refuse, or waste except in places or receptacles provided for this use.(c) No person shall bring, carry, or transport garbage, trash, rubbish, refuse, or waste from outside the premises for deposit or dumping on the premises.(d) No person shall pollute or contaminate any watershed or water used for drinking purposes in any manner.(e) No person shall dispose of fish entrails or other parts of fish or animals in a wildlife sanctuary, or waters within or adjacent to any state wildlife sanctuary, except as authorized by the board or its authorized representative.(f) No person shall urinate or defecate on the premises other than in the toilet facilities provided.[Eff 1/22/2010] (Auth: HRS §§ 183D-2, 183D-3, 183D-4) (Imp: HRS §§ 183D-2, 183D-3, 183D-4)
