Section 13-124-7.1 - Revocation of permits

Any permit issued pursuant to this Chapter shall be revocable for due cause and shall be nonassignable unless otherwise provided by law. Any person whose permit has been revoked shall not be eligible to apply for another permit until the expiration of two years from the date of revocation.
