Section 13-95.1-2 - Penalty(a) Any person who violates any provision of this chapter shall be subject to administrative fines as provided by chapter 187A, HRS. (b) Any administrative fine imposed under this section for any violation of a provision of this chapter shall not preclude the imposition of criminal penalties pursuant to section 188-70, HRS, or as may be otherwise provided by law.
