Section 13-261-5 - Penalties(a) Any person violating the rules in this chapter shall be punished as provided in sections 6K-8 and 6K8.5, Hawaii Revised Statutes.(b) Each day of each violation shall be deemed a separate offense.(c) Each specimen of aquatic life, terrestrial life, mineral, archeological artifact, or other naturally occurring object removed or taken from the reserve shall be deemed a separate offense.(d) Any costs to correct damages resulting from a violation of these rules shall be assessed and collected pursuant to sections 6K-8 and 6K-8.5, HRS.[Eff: July 6, 2002] (Auth: HRS §§ 6K-1, 6K-6, 6K-8, 6K-8.5, 199-1, 199-7) (Imp: §§ 6K-3, 6K-4, 6K-7, 199-7)
