Beginning January 1, 2024, the fee for commercial use of a Molokini day-use mooring is $200 per month; provided that this fee is waived for commercial operators who are presently paying the ocean stewardship user fee required by section 187A-52, HRS. This fee is in addition to the commercial use permit fee required under section 13-31-5 and any commercial fees charged pursuant to chapter 13-234.
