The boundary of the Molokini Island Day-Use Mooring Area is contiguous with the boundary of Subzone A of the Molokini Shoal Marine Life Conservation District, as described in section 13-31-2, and as shown on Exhibit A, entitled "Map of Molokini Shoal Marine Life Conservation District, Maui", dated June 24, 2019, located at the end of this subchapter and described as follows:
Beginning at a point at the high water mark of Lalilali Point, then along the high water mark of the northern shoreline eastward until Pahe'e o Lono Point, then west along a straight line to the end of the submerged ridge (shoal) extending from Lalilali Point, then along the top of the shoal back to the point of beginning.
