Section 13-257-4 - Anchoring restrictions

Unless otherwise provided in this chapter, anchoring is allowed only in areas of sand, rock, or rubble bottom types where no live corals exist; provided that anchoring is prohibited within one hundred yards of any state day-use mooring buoy.
