Section 13-256-54 - Koloa Landing Restricted Area(a) The Koloa Landing restricted area means the ocean waters confined by the boundaries for said zones as shown on Exhibit "K", dated June 30, 1988, located at the end of this subchapter. The boundaries are as follows: Beginning at a point on the low water mark at the southern tip of Lae O Kohala, thence by azimuth measured clockwise from True South; 130 degrees to a point on the low water mark at the western edge of Keawaloa Bay; then long the low water mark of the shoreline in a northerly direction and then on an easterly heading to the point of beginning.
(b) Restrictions. Koloa Landing restricted area is designated for swimming and diving. No person shall operate or moor a vessel in this area, except that a vessel may enter or depart the area by a straight line from the boat launching area to the closest seaward boundary line.
