Section 13-245-11 - Destruction or defacing of markers prohibited

No person shall deface, obliterate, tear down, or destroy, in whole or in part, or attempt to deface, obliterate, tear down or destroy any buoy, sign, beacon or other markers posted pursuant to these rules.
