Pursuant to section 200-2, Hawaii Revised Statutes, the chairperson of the board of land and natural resources, officers and employees of the department designated by the chairperson, and every state and county officer charged with the enforcement of state laws, hereafter called enforcement personnel, shall enforce and assist in the enforcement of chapter 200, Hawaii Revised Statutes and these rules.
