Section 13-235-70 - Makena Bay Mooring Zone

The Makena Bay mooring zone means the area confined by the boundaries shown for said mooring zone on Exhibit "N", dated, July 15, 1990, located at the end of this subchapter. The boundaries are as follows:

Beginning at a point on the water measured by azimuth clockwise from True South, 016 degrees for a distance of one thousand eight hundred feet from the low water mark on the southwest tip of Nahuna Point, then 115 degrees for a distance of six hundred seventy-five feet; 025 degrees for a distance of one thousand five hundred feet; 295 degrees for a distance of six hundred seventy-five feet; then on a straight line to the point of beginning.
